Pinvin C of E Academy, is a larger than average primary school with a pre-school. We currently on a journey of rapid school improvement. We are currently seeking to appoint a talented Assistant Headteacher to join our school. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team of enthusiastic, hardworking and caring staff, who work together to create a purposeful learning environment, where everyone can thrive.
The successful candidate will have leadership experience, be highly organised, able to show initiative and have proven success at building and leading high-performing teams, and motivating pupils and staff. He or she will have an innovative and inspirational approach, along with a clear commitment to inclusive education in the community.
Pinvin C of E Academy is part of the Diocese of Worcester Multi-Academy Trust (DoWMAT). There is, therefore, potential within this post for the new Assistant Headteacher to become a system leader, working and sharing expertise across a range of DoWMAT academies. As such, the role should be of interest to candidates looking to extend their career and professional development into an exciting, new, collaborative direction.
