The Opportunity

- Take responsibility for the day to day running of one or more of our learning pathways
- Contribute to the overall leadership and management of The Harbour School
- Be active in promoting our visions and values and supporting our ethos for achievement for all and high standards.
- Provide strong professional advice to promote the Trust brand
- Work closely with the Trust Executive Board and Senior Management Team
The Ideal Candidate
- Successful teaching experience in an age 3 to 19 environment.
- Commitment to and evidence of continuous improvement and one’s own professional development.
- Excellent track record of pupil outcomes and leading a successful department/team.
- Be a team player, with a ‘can do’ solution focused attitude.
- Possess outstanding communication skills and personal integrity.
- Successfully and effectively use comparative data (Including EFL or similar) for benchmarking target setting and monitoring to improve pupil outcomes.
- Understanding and significant experience of the work of external agencies.
- The interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and professionally with staff, pupils, parents and others.
