This is a role with real impact, where you will:
- Lead and champion inclusion, ensuring every pupil’s needs are met.
- Drive high standards in teaching, learning and outcomes for pupils with SEND.
- Work closely with staff, families and external partners to strengthen provision.
- Take strategic responsibility for phase leadership and whole-school improvement.
