Assistant Headteacher (SENDCo, Inclusion & Phase Leader)

At Dunstall Hill, our values guide everything we do: high expectations, equality, care, respect, inclusion and achievement for all. We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Headteacher to join our leadership team with responsibility for SENDCo, Inclusion and Phase Leadership.

This is a role with real impact, where you will:

  • Lead and champion inclusion, ensuring every pupil’s needs are met.
  • Drive high standards in teaching, learning and outcomes for pupils with SEND.
  • Work closely with staff, families and external partners to strengthen provision.
  • Take strategic responsibility for phase leadership and whole-school improvement.
