The Role

As Assistant Headteacher, you will:

Oversee inclusion at the school

Drive excellence in a core subject: Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of a core subject curriculum, ensuring all pupils achieve exceptional progress.

Model outstanding practice: Demonstrate exemplary teaching, setting high expectations for pupils and staff.

Support whole-school improvement: Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver on our strategic priorities, including improving attainment and embedding a relational approach.

Develop staff: Mentor and support colleagues through coaching, guidance, and tailored professional development opportunities.
