Your Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Assistant Headteacher and Inclusion Leader to join our passionate and experienced leadership team at Floreat Montague Park Primary School.
As Assistant Headteacher, you will help to shape the future vision of the school, promote excellence, equality and the highest expectations for our children and staff. As a qualified SENDCo, you will be responsible for leading our SEND Team and continuing to develop our SEND provision. You will be supported by our Inclusion Assistant and Pastoral Care Leader.
You will be a creative thinker, highly organised and above all, passionate about improving the quality of children’s education.
What we are looking for:
An experienced SENDCo with the National Award for Special Education Needs Coordination and recent senior leadership experience
Someone with a good understanding of the SEND code of practice and experience of working across the primary age range
An inspirational leader, with the vision and confidence to motivate, challenge and support
Someone who is passionate about children’s learning and welfare, putting them first in everything they do
A professional highly effective in communicating with parents and other stakeholders
A positive, open-minded professional actively supportive of the ethos, vision and values of the school
A flexible member of the team who is able to build strong relationships with the many stakeholders in a school

The Details:
Start date: 25th April 2022
Location: Floreat Montague Park Primary School, William Heelas Way, Wokingham, RG40 1BG.
Salary: Leadership 1-5 (£42,195-£46,566)
Contract Term: Permanent/Full time/Term time
Closing Date: 9am on 31st January 2022
Interview Date: 8th February 2022
Information Evening: 6pm on Thursday 20th January 2022
