From September 2024 an opportunity has arisen within the Senior Leadership Team to be responsible for leadership and oversight of the Curriculum. This individual will strategically lead the Curriculum across the School ensuring it exceeds the ambition of the National Curriculum while supporting the Deputy Head Teacher who oversees quality of learning ensuring effective, adaptive teaching is embedded throughout the Curriculum.
Our classrooms are happy learning environments, and we facilitate a growth mind set in our pupils, modelled by our ambitious, progressive staff body who benefit from an evidence informed CPD package which is at the pinnacle of pedagogical development.
