Assistant Head Teacher job summary

Are you able to:

Demonstrate and evidence that you are an outstanding leader of learning within the classroom and beyond?

Create and develop a culture that encompasses our vision “Learning without Limits”?

Network with the wider community developing links across Bolton and beyond?

Evidence that you can build and sustain excellent professional relationships with students, parents and carers, staff and other external partners?

Demonstrate a rigorous knowledge of safeguarding principals from both child and adult safeguarding frameworks?

Build on existing strong links with providers across Bolton and the wider locality?

Be solution focused, built on strong leadership pedagogy being both strategic in outlook and highly personable?

Maintain and build upon strong links across the school and be a dynamic member of our Senior Leadership Team?

To support and promote the wider ethos that is Woodbridge Trust?

Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary teams that include, health and social care.
