Jerounds Primary Academy are seeking to appoint an inspiring and motivated Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team on a permanent basis. This is a classroom based role and the successful applicant will have class responsibility as well as playing a significant part in maintaining our high standards of achievement at Jerounds Primary Academy. There will be designated leadership team out of class every week to support with the leadership aspects of the role. The Assistant Head will work with the Trust, Headteacher, Governors and Senior Leadership team.

Applicants must have a proven track record of raising standards, an excellent understanding and knowledge of improving outcomes for pupils and leadership experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for team teaching, coaching and setting high standards.
