What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic, resilient and inspiring Assistant Head Teacher to work at Trinity Academy New Bridge. The successful candidate will have both QTS and a SENCO qualification, and have experience of teaching across the age range of the school and forming positive relationships with students with SEMH. In addition, a comprehensive understanding of Access arrangements and a working knowledge of JCQ regulations is essential to the role.
Ideally, you will also have successfully led staff training and development in previous roles and worked in partnership with other agencies and professionals to ensure best outcomes for young people.
