What skills and experience we're looking for

A minimum of five GCSEs, or their equivalent, at grade C and/or above, including English and Maths

A university degree relevant to the post

QTS

SENCO qualification or the ambition to complete it within 12 months

Experience of working in a school – preferably as part of a Middle or Senior Leadership team

Significant experience of working with children and young people with Special Needs, specifically ASC

Experience of leading and managing a team
