The right candidate will have:
- Experience of leading a subject or area.
- EYFS teaching experience.
- Drive, determination and a passion for working with children and their families.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a large staff team.
- A positive outlook and a resilient nature.
- A commitment to developing their own, and others, practice as part of a team.
- Knowledge and understanding of children with complex SEND.

We are recruiting an Assistant Head Teacher for September 2026,who will lead our fabulous Early Years Team. The position is class-based, with one day a week of release time (including PPA). The successful candidate will be an experienced teacher of EYFS with leadership experience.
