What skills and experience we're looking for

This exciting opportunity will focus upon the leadership of Key Stage 3. We are looking for an individual who has the character and drive to make a real difference in one of our school communities, and across the trust, leading and managing areas such as:

  • Pastoral teams, systems and processes
  • Safeguarding
  • Pedagogical research, development and implementation
  • Curriculum development

Applications are welcomed from leaders who can demonstrate:

  • Significant leadership experience within a secondary school
  • Impact as a leader; including a proven record of excellent examination results.
  • An ability to establish positive and enriching relationships with colleagues, pupils and parents/carers.
  • A knowledge and understanding of current educational issues, particularly in relation to inclusion, and the ability to respond to them strategically.
