What skills and experience we're looking for

Overall Job Purpose:

This post is a senior leadership post with specific responsibilities to be agreed with the post holder on an annual basis. It will involve working with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and other Assistant Headteachers. It will also involve working with Middle Leaders and all staff across the school, both from our support and teaching staff teams.

All our teachers are leaders of learning and are committed to delivering the school’s vision, achieving the high ambitions for the school’s future. Their proactive support leads to sustained improvements and raised standards across the school, both as members of departments and tutor teams. They are accountable for specific identified and agreed operational functions within the teams to which they belong.
