What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking and dedicated Assistant Headteacher. Candidates will be passionate and committed to improving the opportunities, educational outcomes and life chances for all pupils. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in the classroom. They will demonstrate personal skills and qualities that align to an already established positive, hardworking and committed team. They will be fully committed to the academy’s ethos and vision and be prepared to continue their professional development to ensure they become an outstanding practitioner, willing to go the extra mile. With a demonstrable record of good or outstanding results, they will have a commitment to raising aspirations and achievement, supporting the wider academy community.
