What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to join our leadership team in our small family school.

Castle Manor Academy has a strong culture and a big heart. We have a strong set of values and we care. We are part of the Unity Schools Partnership with other secondary, primary and Special Schools and have a strong history of effective staff development and training.
Unity Schools Partnership operate a two-week October half term break. Other holidays remain in line with national patterns. The school day has been extended slightly to ensure we deliver the same amount of in-school time over the year.
We are located 20 miles from Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds.
