What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a confident and experienced leader to lead on behaviour, culture and standards within a key stage. You will work as part of a highly effective and supportive team; managing the Head of Years and working closely with the Head and Deputy Headteacher to ensure we provide a rewarding, safe and inclusive environment for our students to thrive in. As part of the role you will support the implementation of our behaviour management systems and procedures; lead behaviour training for staff; analyse behavioural data, develop strategies to both develop and maintain high standards of behaviour for learning and establish strong working relationships with students and their families. It is an exciting time to join the school under its new leadership and to be instrumental in creating an outstanding environment for learning.
