We are seeking an experienced, motivational leader, who is a highly effective communicator and an aspirational role model, to lead our successful Heads of Year and Pastoral Support Assistant at BGN School.
A key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role will be a Deputy DSL and will lead and oversee the wider care and support for pupils, ensuring social, emotional and personal development is nurtured alongside their academic progress. Supporting pupils, parents and staff, you will play a key role across the school.
Applications are particularly welcome from teachers with a specialism in Physics or Chemistry.
As the successful applicant, you will have:-
- Successful experience as a Middle Leader in a secondary school setting
- Experience of implementing successful behaviour and management practice
- Resilience and the ability to remain positive and calm in challenging situations
- The ability to articulate and share a vision of outstanding secondary education.
