ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and talented leader to join our team at Brownhills West. If you have a passion for curriculum, pedagogy and most importantly for supporting children to ‘Dream Big’, this could be a wonderful opportunity for you to develop your leadership experience. You will be expected and required to lead and live the Trust and Brownhills West’s core values on a daily basis supporting a living not a laminated culture.
The role will include a teaching commitment.

Has a strong track record of highly effective teaching demonstrating a thorough understanding of what effective curriculum, pedagogy and successful learning outcomes look like across school.

Has the skills to support the Headteacher to deliver strategic goals and raise standards across the school.

Has the ability to inspire children and colleagues to achieve their best
Has a track record of being a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of coaching and mentoring.
Has a strong commitment to their professional learning.
Has high expectations of themselves, colleagues and pupils and the energy and determination to make a difference to the lives of all at Brownhills West.
Has a desire to commit to and develop further the relationships, support and development of the CCLT family for the benefit of all children in the Trust.
Is a nurturing individual who displays the expertise to maintain a highly effective culture of safeguarding across school.
