- Be able to respond and adapt effectively to changing circumstances, maintaining high levels of performance.
- Actively listen and effectively communicate to a wide range of audiences.

Further details about the role
We have three key priorities to continually develop and improve in the areas of; faith, curriculum, and character, which we aim to achieve through being both forward thinking and outward looking whilst maintaining the strong traditional ethos of the school.
There are 3 distinct roles fulfilled by our Assistant Headteachers to continually develop our 'Quality of Education', there are Behaviour and Attitudes; Teaching and Learning; and Personal Development. To support the ongoing professional development of colleagues, roles fulfilled by the Assistant Headteacher will normally rotate every 2 years. The current vacant position is the one with responsibility for Personal Development.
