- Manage staff and resources effectively

We offer an exciting, dynamic and supportive environment in which to work and are looking for a candidate who can build on the strong foundations that are currently in place to make a positive difference to the lives of our students. The successful candidate will lead on developing our climate for learning and leading our pastoral care teams.
