What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher to join our senior team who will make a substantial contribution to our journey of continuous school improvement. Working alongside the Headteacher, Senior Leaders, Staff, Governors, Students and Parents the successful candidate will contribute to a fantastic education for the young people in our care. The precise responsibilities of the role will be discussed with the successful candidate, but are likely to include a significant pastoral element.
