As a result, the sixth form will be moving into expanded and refurbished accommodation over the summer that will provide a mature and inspiring learning environment for our students. This will provide a genuinely exciting opportunity for the appointed Director of Post 16 to really make their mark and strengthen our culture of aspiration and high expectations.

We are looking to appoint an inspirational, driven and compassionate Assistant Headteacher with a high level of moral purpose and the ability to motivate and develop trust in others. As Director of Post 16, the focus of the role will be to lead the strategic development and day to day running of the sixth form. The appointed candidate will collaborate closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team and contribute towards the school’s 2030 vision of an exceptional education for all.
