Assistant Headteacher - Ethos, Culture and Inclusion job summary
St Clere’s School are seeking to appoint an experienced, dynamic and inspirational Assistant Headteacher, who shares Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust’s co-operative and inclusive ethos. The Assistant Headteacher will work with the senior leadership team to develop inclusion, safeguarding and a restorative approach to behaviour which positively impacts on the ethos and culture in the school community. The Assistant Headteacher will play a significant role under the direction of the school leadership team to formulate the aims and objectives of the school, establishing the trust policies through which they shall be achieved. They will also support staff and manage resources to achieve the aims and objectives of the school and monitor progress towards their achievement.
