This is a rare opportunity to:

Lead strategy and delivery across EYFS and KS1, with a focus on Phonics, Early Reading, and Writing

Be the driving force behind our new nursery provision, attracting and welcoming new families to our school

Model outstanding classroom practice as an EYFS teacher and support staff to achieve the highest standards

Work closely with an experienced and driven SLT, supporting whole-school improvement and pupil outcomes

Raise the school’s profile and pupil numbers by collaborating on marketing, community engagement, and showcasing the school's strengths.

We are looking for someone who is:

A highly effective and reflective classroom practitioner, particularly within EYFS

A skilled and strategic leader who is passionate about early childhood development and learning
-
Experienced in leading or contributing to whole-school improvement, especially in Phonics and Early Reading

Able to motivate, support and challenge colleagues to grow professionally
-
Committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and the holistic development of every child
-
An excellent communicator and ambassador for the school – able to engage with families and the wider community.
