  • Lead strategy and delivery across EYFS and KS1, with a focus on Phonics, Early Reading, and Writing

  • Be the driving force behind our new nursery provision, attracting and welcoming new families to our school

  • Model outstanding classroom practice as an EYFS teacher and support staff to achieve the highest standards

  • Work closely with an experienced and driven SLT, supporting whole-school improvement and pupil outcomes

  • Raise the school’s profile and pupil numbers by collaborating on marketing, community engagement, and showcasing the school's strengths.

    We are looking for someone who is:

  • A highly effective and reflective classroom practitioner, particularly within EYFS

  • A skilled and strategic leader who is passionate about early childhood development and learning

  • Experienced in leading or contributing to whole-school improvement, especially in Phonics and Early Reading

  • Able to motivate, support and challenge colleagues to grow professionally

  • Committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and the holistic development of every child

  • An excellent communicator and ambassador for the school – able to engage with families and the wider community.
