What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an inspirational and ambitious Assistant Headteacher to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team. Our Assistant Headteacher will work closely with our newly appointed Headteacher and the wider staff team to ensure the continued success of our school.

The successful individual will provide strong teaching and leadership that results in continued strong outcomes. They will also lead a core subject as well as the leading the further development of learning and teaching across school. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for an area of the academy improvement plan.

• experienced in ensuring the children attend school to access high quality teaching and learning
• an outstanding practitioner, an experienced curriculum and team leader
