Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion with Teacher Responsibilities job summary
Heron Park Primary Academy is looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Headteacher - Inclusion on a full-time, permanent basis to continue inspiring young minds.
The Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion will lead the staff team to ensure all our pupils achieve their full potential by having responsibility for creating effective pastoral care of all pupils and high standards of behaviour in school.
We would love to hear from you if:
- you have Qualified Teacher Status
- you have experience of leading inclusion and understanding a range of SEND need.
- you have the National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordination, or are willing to complete it within the first 24-months of appointment
- you have a genuine passion for teaching
- you are enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team
- you are committed to raising the achievement of all students of all abilities
