Assistant Headteacher job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and forward-thinking person who can build on and develop the academy's many strengths. You should have a clear vision for the role, and have an active interest in all aspects of academy improvement, along with the ability to demonstrate exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. You should also have a track record of leading and managing teams to make a real difference to outcomes for pupils, and the ability to build great working relationships with staff, pupils and parents is a must.
