What skills and experience we're looking for

• Lead and enhance the quality of teaching and learning for SEND pupils across both schools
• Work alongside an experienced SENDCo, contributing to the strategic development of SEND provision
• Support and develop staff to deliver high-quality adaptive teaching that meets the needs of all learners
• Work flexibly across both sites, responding to the individual contexts of each school
• Promote inclusive practice and ensure SEND pupils make strong progress
• Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies,families and professionals
• Play a key role as part of the wider leadership team

St. Martin’s CE Primary School is a 'Good' School, moving into its 10th Year. It currently has children from Nursery to Year 6, with one form of entry in each year. We have a Specialist Resource Provision for 12 pupils with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition. The school is part of Frays Academy Trust, a growing Multi Academy Trust. There are ample grounds that the children are able to use.
