As well as being an excellent Class Teacher, the Assistant Headteacher will work alongside the Senior Leadership Team to communicate the school’s vision and strategic overview. As Assistant Headteacher, the successful candidate will demonstrate impact from previous experience as a leader or have the appropriate skills and ambition to take the next step into leadership. As a person-centred organisation, we are committed to ensuring that the new member of the team fits into our warm, supportive and family-orientated school. Therefore, the areas of responsibility assigned to this role will be built around the strengths of the successful candidate; we are committed to developing our school with like-minded people at its heart.
