The role
Working in a high performing school, and as a member of our senior team, you will lead our inclusion work, as our SENCO, to ensure all of our pupils achieve excellence in both their academic and personal development. You will also be responsible for supporting our staff as our behaviour leader so that pupils continue to show outstanding behaviour and attitudes to learning. In addition, you will be one of our designated senior leaders for safeguarding, helping to maintain our strong culture of safeguarding and playing a leading role in promoting our pupils’ well-being.
You will already have had some successes in school management. As a member of our senior team, you will work alongside an experienced team of senior leaders to help shape the school’s strategic development. You will have a successful primary teaching experience and be able to draw on this to support you in this role.
The applicant should either have the appropriate National Award certification, or be committed to work towards gaining this qualification.
