Assistant Headteacher
Salary: Leadership points 1 - 5 (£49,780 - £54,936)

We wish to appoint a highly motivated, inspiring and enthusiastic teacher to work in partnership with the Deputy Headteacher and Head of School, to provide strategic direction and development of teaching and learning across the school.
If appointed, you will be responsible and accountable for the following areas:
- EYFS / KS1 Leader (including assessment and transition)
- Personalised Learning Leader - Early Help, SEND, CLA, Boys / Girls, PPG (oversee / support APS teachers), EAL / INA, Healthcare Plans (medical conditions)
- DDSL
- Subject Leader
- Behaviour
- Class teacher
You will ensure that the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning is maintained. You will also be a member of the Senior Leadership Team. You will be a talented and innovative classroom practitioner and be able to demonstrate experience of strong leadership and management within a primary school with a commitment to high expectations and high standards.
The interview day will comprise of two stages:
(1) Lesson observation (further shortlisting will then take place)
(2) Formal interview and unseen presentation for successful candidates
