We are now looking for a committed, passionate and driven individual to join our Senior Leadership Team as an Assistant Headteacher.

Job Purporse:

The Assistant Head Teacher for Inclusion, Attendance, Transition, and KS3 Behaviour will play a key role within the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring that every student is supported to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The post holder will lead on developing inclusive practice across the school, securing excellent attendance, managing smooth transitions between key stages, and maintaining positive behaviour and engagement within Key Stage 3.
