You will lead a team of behaviour co-ordinators to ensure that our school is safe, secure and purposeful during the school day. You will also be an integral part of a fast moving and innovative Senior Leadership team that is aiming to be the best provision possible within AP.
You will be at the forefront of the development of the CPA as a pioneering school introducing Non-violent resistance as a whole school approach.
