What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Have the skills to be responsible for SEND and Pastoral provision across our school
- Have demonstrable experience of working with pupils with a range of barriers to learning
- Hold the relevant SENCo qualification or be willing to complete the required training within 3-years of their appointment
- Be an inclusive and inspiring teacher with a desire for all pupils to succeed to the very best of their ability
- Understand and embrace our inclusive ethos
- Be an ambitious leader, keen and able to move our school forward in collaboration with the staff team
- Have great interpersonal skills
- Be able to work in partnership with parents and the wider community
