We are seeking an inspirational and driven Assistant Headteacher to lead on Personal Development & Wellbeing, playing a crucial role in shaping our students’ character, aspirations, and future success.

About the Role

As Assistant Headteacher for Personal Development & Wellbeing, you will:

Lead and develop a whole-school strategy for personal development, ensuring students benefit from a rich, inclusive, and meaningful curriculum.

Oversee and enhance our extra-curricular and enrichment opportunities, ensuring every student can develop their talents and interests.

Promote student voice and leadership, ensuring the Student Council plays an active role in school improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to support wellbeing, mental health, and safeguarding across the school community.

Lead the careers and work experience provision, ensuring students are well-prepared for their next steps.

Inspire and support staff, ensuring high standards of pastoral care, personal development education, and behaviour.
