The appointed person will support the Headteacher in providing vision, leadership and strategic direction and will contribute significantly to driving school improvement by implementing and leading on high quality provision that leads to positive outcomes. The key task of the post holder is to lead on curriculum, personal development and to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of PSHRE. The role also includes teaching/leading a core subject area (English, Maths or Science).
