What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors of this highly successful and oversubscribed 11-18 school are seeking to appoint an outstanding Assistant Headteacher who will take on the leadership and management of teaching and learning within the school and develop further our cross-phase partnership work. The successful candidate will join an experienced and enthusiastic Leadership Team committed to a programme of continuous improvement.
Orleans Park is an Outstanding School (Ofsted November 2023).
We are looking for a candidate that will continue to drive excellence in teaching and learning within the school, lead curriculum leaders and leadOP Connect, which is integral to our strategic goals moving forward.
We are seeking a current Assistant Headteacher or experienced middle leader to take teaching and learning to the next phase of our outstanding journey. The successful applicant will be an outstanding teacher with:
- a proven record of raising attainment and making a difference
- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- the ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the school
