The Opportunity: Assistant Headteacher (Regional)

We are seeking an experienced and resilient senior leader to take on the exciting role of Regional Assistant Headteacher.

Based across our four school sites in Huddersfield and Barnsley, this is a unique challenge for a leader who is ready to forge new relationships and drive improvement across multiple SEN/SEMH settings. A high degree of commitment and flexibility is essential as you work with our leadership teams to align standards, share best practices, and inspire excellence.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader who:

  • Has a proven track record of successful senior leadership within an educational setting.

  • Is passionate about creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.

  • Excels at leading teams, managing conflict constructively, and fostering strong collaboration.

  • Is an exceptional communicator, adept at building positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and external partners.

  • Can make a contribution in key areas such as the leadership of maths departments (a background or strong competency in this subject is highly advantageous).
