What skills and experience we're looking for

The ideal candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with extensive and substantial teaching experience, along with leadership and management experience. Successful experience of using data analysis to raise standards is preferred.

A clear vision, ability to think strategically and lead change where necessary, and communicate clearly is essential to the role. You will inspire, motivate and challenge students and staff and take personal pride in delivering challenging targets while remaining passionate about continual improvement and achievements.
