Permanent Position Required from September 2026

St Aidan's Church of England Memorial Primary School is seeking to appoint an innovative, forward-thinking and ambitious Assistant Headteacher, to join our Senior Leadership Team.

We are looking for a school leader who wants to play an integral part in school improvement and have a significant impact in improving outcomes for all, within a fully inclusive Christian ethos and culture.

SENCO / Inclusion Lead with some teaching responsibilities to support successful practice across the school.

The successful candidate will be:

  • an outstanding teacher and leader
  • dedicated to making a difference to the lives of our pupils
  • positive, enthusiastic and able to act with integrity
  • committed to raising standards through high expectations for all pupils
