The Opportunity
This is a pivotal Senior Leadership opportunity to shape the future of SEND and Inclusion across The Boulevard Academy. You will lead a transformative Inclusion Strategy, ensuring bespoke student support bridges the gap with high academic standards. This role requires you to oversee the SEND team, manage statutory compliance (including EHC plans and exam access arrangements), and champion adaptive teaching strategies. Join us on our exciting improvement journey as we strive to provide every pupil with the maximum opportunity for their future. You will be key in driving data-informed interventions, managing external agency partnerships, and delivering expert professional development to all staff.
