What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governors of St Alban’s are looking to appoint a dynamic leader to join our strong senior leadership team from January 2025.

This is an opportunity for a dedicated professional with a strong vocation to make a real difference to our children and leave a lasting legacy for the community. This key post will suit colleagues who have experience of working with, or within, a senior team and will have experience of either Sixth Form leadership and/or Behaviour for learning.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate that they have successfully lead change and have a vision to achieve an inclusive education that provides exciting opportunities for all.
