What skills and experience we're looking for

St Cuthbert's RC High School are currently seeking an Assistant Headteacher. The Assistant Headteacher will be part of the Senior Leadership Team. The role will involve teaching with additional leadership responsibilities in a curriculum area and in the management of staff. This role will support the Academy in overseeing support service to its pupils.

Purpose of the role:

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic teaching professional who can work as part of our dedicated and exceptional team. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate the ability to meet the Teachers' Standards. All classroom teachers will contribute to the curriculum and year teams in supporting the school's mission statement and achieving its aims.
