Assistant Headteacher job summary

This is a key leadership role for someone with the vision, energy and skill to help drive whole‑school improvement while continuing to make a strong impact in the classroom. The post includes dedicated non‑teaching time to support leadership responsibilities, alongside the opportunity to work closely with an experienced and supportive leadership team. The successful candidate will share our commitment to high expectations, professional collaboration, safeguarding and our Catholic ethos, and will be motivated by the opportunity to help shape the next stage of our school’s journey and the futures of the children we serve.
