What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a dynamic leader who will challenge, inspire and drive school improvement to achieve the best outcomes for students. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly effective, professional and confident leader who has a proven track record of working effectively in a similar role. You will be working with the Headteacher and Leadership Team to help develop a strategic view for the school in its community in planning for the future needs and further development. This role will focus on student engagement leading to exceptional standards of student attendance and behaviour across the school.
You will have:
The ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and families, with a focus on raising aspirations and achievement for all.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes for students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
A commitment to promoting the school’s values and ethos, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
Acts with pace and urgency being energetic, enthusiastic and decisive
