Assistant Headteacher – Achievement

Studley High School is seeking to appoint an exceptional and ambitious Assistant Headteacherto join our Senior Leadership Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented leader to play a key role in shaping the achievement and outcomes of our students, building on our strong foundations and driving continuous improvement within an outstanding school defined by itsStudley DNA.

The successful candidate will take a strategic lead on student achievement, working across the school to ensure all students fulfil their potential and secure the highest possible outcomes.

While achievement will be central, specific responsibilities will be shaped around the strengths and experience of the successful candidate.

*Working with subject and pastoral leaders to secure consistently strong outcomes

*Contributing to the strategic leadership and development of the school

*Supporting the design of our broad, balanced and ambitious curriculum
