A message from the current post holder:
“It has been an absolute privilege to have been on Crestwood’s school improvement journey over the past eight years; I could not be prouder of the quality of T&L and pastoral care here.
Working as an integral part of this exciting, collaborative and dynamic team has taught me so much about how to build the right culture in order to raise standards; Crestwood’s culture is far more than just teaching students to pass exams, it’s about caring for every student and member of staff unconditionally.
Never in my wildest dreams did I ever believe that I would be brave enough or feel ready to move onto Headship. However, the SLT team has always challenged me and provided me with an abundance of opportunities, each one building me professionally and personally. We are incredibly lucky to have such an inspirational Head, whose relentless pursuit of excellence ensures we are constantly challenged but never feel out of our depth due to the professional development and tremendous support.
It’s impossible not to fall in love with the #CrestwoodFamily because it’s the most incredible place to work!”

Crestwood Community School is one school, with two campuses serving central Eastleigh. Crestwood Community School had an Ofsted inspection in June 2018, which confirmed that we are a ‘good’ school. We also achieved outstanding gradings in Personal Development and Behaviour and Leadership. They also said that as a school we are “passionately committed to providing a first-class inclusive education for all pupils; tenacious in their pursuit of additional resources and approaches to continually improve provision.” This is a happy school, where staff and students want to be. The #Crestwoodfamily pervades through everything we do.
