What skills and experience we're looking for
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic school leader to join our Senior Leadership Team in the role of Assistant Headteacher, with leadership responsibilities for whole-school teaching and learning and quality assurance and line management responsibilities for a pastoral house, faculty areas and the SENDCO. This role is suitable for an experienced and successful middle leader.
Hall Park Academyis part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member ofRedhill College of Leadership and Developmentand as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region. The Trust also leads the regionalTeaching School Hub, delivering local teacher training and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers.
