Assistant Headteacher - Teaching, Learning & Curriculum job summary
We are looking to appoint a dynamic, innovative and exceptional Assistant Headteacher who has the necessary ambition and expertise to play a key part in the future success of the School.
This is an exciting post for an excellent practitioner to join a committed, supportive and high performing Senior Leadership Team and offers an outstanding opportunity for potential future career development.
With successful experience in whole School improvement, a proven ability to think strategically and to inspire and challenge others (as well as being an excellent classroom practitioner), the appointed candidate will take the lead in maintaining high quality Teaching & Learning and Curriculum development across the school. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day and future leadership of the School.

Hadlow Rural Community School is a popular, oversubscribed School with a current roll of 400 students. The School has recently relocated to a £7million new build and has developed a strong reputation both locally and beyond for enabling its young people to excel and flourish; providing an exciting, vibrant and dynamic experience in academic and land based vocational studies. The school is heavily oversubscribed and has, for the last three years, achieved the highest percentage of applications for Year 7 places, for non-selective schools, across the entirety of Kent.
