We are looking to appoint a dynamic, innovative, and forward-thinking Assistant Headteacher to join the Senior Leadership Team at The Wellington Academy.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team in driving forward the school's vision, ethos, and strategic objectives. As Assistant Headteacher, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire staff, promote a culture of excellence, and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.
We are totally committed to peer support and sharing for all teachers within The Wellington Academy. There is a true sense and palpable feel confidence in our development and continued direction of travel from the ‘Good’ in all areas Ofsted inspection in October 2022.
